The system comprises the following components: a medium content managing platform which is the actual storing position of the medium content and the actual provider of the medium content service; a content accessing interface which defines the content at three aspects of managing, accessing and counting; wherein the managing interface takes charge of functions of adding, amending and deleting to the content in the medium content managing platform; the accessing interface obtains various medium resources; the counting interface provides some description to the medium content management platform and counts the information; an adapter which is arranged on the medium content management platform and communicates with the interface with the xml/webservice technique; and the user and other system, wherein the user and the system of the three side consistently access the resource in all held medium content management platform. The invention eliminates the information solitary island and facilitates the interconnection between the different medium content management platforms.
