The process comprises the steps for constituting a weldment by the lug plate and a conducting wire or a conducting strip as follows: a spot welder provided with an upper electrode and a lower electrode is adopted; a fixture is arranged between the upper electrode and the lower electrode, an upper electrode part is hinged with an lower electrode part and further forms the fixture, and the insulated upper electrode part and the lower electrode part are insulated and opened with certain degrees; the weldment is inserted between the upper electrode part and the lower electrode part of the fixture, the lower electrode is fixed at the lower electrode part of the fixture, the upper electrode is pressed down for allowing the upper electrode part to be communicated with the upper electrode, and the spot welder can discharge when the upper electrode part, the weldment and the lower electrode part are compressed, so that the weld of the weldment can be finished; then the upper electrode is raised, and the upper electrode part and the lower electrode part are recovered to the separated state.
