Problems solved by technology

If the supplied driving part is misaligned in the width direction in the driving passage, the driving part on the rear side is pressed in the conveying direction by the force of the spring, causing a part of its head to enter the driving passage, resulting in occasional double-crossing. The case where two striking parts are struck simultaneously

Embodiment Construction

[0027] Next, based on Figure 1 to Figure 7 Embodiments of the present invention will be described. figure 1 It shows the driving tool 1 which concerns on this embodiment. In this embodiment, as the driving tool 1 , a gas combustion type nailer that utilizes thrust force obtained by combustion of combustible gas (combustion gas) as striking force is exemplified.

[0028] The driving tool 1 includes: a main body 2 in which a piston 10 reciprocatingly moves by the thrust of fuel gas; a driving part 20 provided in a state extending downward from the lower part of the main body 2 ; and a handle part 3 , which is provided in a state extending laterally from the side of the main body part 2 ;

[0029] The driving tool 1 of this embodiment is characterized by the driving part 20, and the basic structure of the driving tool 1 including the main body part 2, the handle part 3, and the staple cartridge 4 is not particularly changed, so the following outlines structure is described. ...

Abstract

A striking-in tool is provided with a striking-in passage for inserting a striking driver. When a metal plate is used as a passage forming part (23) for forming the striking-in passage, the striking-in passage has a rectangular cross section so as to ensure the strength and the wide cut of the driver (11) which is inserted in the passage. When the supplied striking-in parts are misplaced on a width direction of the passage, the next striking-in part is struck once so as to form blockage. The invention aims to avoid nail blockage and lower the manufacturing cost of the striking-in tool by using the metal plate. Limiting bulges (41, 41) which are narrower than a passage width (D) are separately arranged on two sides of a head (nb) of a striking-in part (n) supplied to the striking-in passage (28) so as to prevent the head (nb) from misplacing on the width direction. Therefore, the next striking-in part (n) cannot enter in the striking-in passage (28) and only one striking-in part (n) is struck.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention mainly relates to driving tools such as portable nailing machines. Background technique [0002] For example, in the case of a nailing machine driven by compressed air, it is provided with: a main body, in which a piston reciprocating by compressed air is housed; The driver is guided; the handle part extends to the side of the main body part; and the nail cartridge accommodates a plurality of driving parts supplied to the driving part. A plurality of driving parts are loaded in the nail cartridge, and a plurality of driving parts are arranged and connected by combining parts. The connecting driver loaded in the magazine is in a state of being pressed in the feeding direction by the force of the spring (the driving channel side). The driving parts are pressed and supplied one by one by the force of the spring into the driving channel which becomes empty after the driving is completed. [0003] The driving part has a structure in...
