The writing practice board system comprises a writing practice body, a touch screen arranged on the writing practice body and an embedded system, wherein the touch screen can be used for sensing the touch of a user, generating position signals and also displaying information; and the embedded system is accommodated in the writing practice board body and electrically connected with the touch screen and can be used for receiving the position signals from the touch screen and converting the position signals into handwriting information. In the writing practice method, the writing practice board system is used for guiding the writing practice. The invention can increase the interest while practicing to write and improve the writing practice effect.
