Abstract

The invention discloses an energy-saving pulled noodles pot which is a new type noodles stewing and soup cooking pot. The energy-saving pulled noodles pot is made of stainless steel plates and consists of four parts, namely an inner pot body, an outer pot body, a pot cover and a heating boiler. The inner pot body consists of a soup pot and a water pot; a filter plate is arranged in the soup pot; the outer pot body consists of a heating boiler ignition tuyere, a smoke exhaust port, a water feeding hopper, a hot water valve, a water drainage valve, an exhaust pot and a safety ventilation opening; a hinge and a handle are arranged on the pot cover; and the heating boiler is provided with a height adjusting screw and an ever-lighting ignition head. The pot utilizes the water cycle principle to collect residual heat of fuel gas, and uses air which is a bad heat conductor as a partition, thus greatly improving the utilization efficiency of the fuel gas, ending up the history that a pulled noodles restaurant has no multifunctional integrated kitchen ware which is used for stewing noodles and soup, automatically filtering soup, heating water and being energy-saving.
