According to the invention, when the water content in the line source water-distributor is low, the tiny change of the water content can cause the big change of the energy change, thus the water can be rapidly uniformly distributed in a water-distribution belt; when the watercontent in the line source water-distributor is nearly saturated, the tiny change of the energy change can cause the big change of the water content, thus the consistency between the water-distributor and the energy of the water on the soil interface, the uniform linear water distribution can be realized, and the precision of the soil infiltration performance measurement is increased.
