This invention provides an online
sulfate monitor, relating to the field of monitoring device technology. It includes a
processing tank with a stirring
assembly on its outer wall. The stirring
assembly includes a long rod, a single-sided gear fixedly mounted on the outer wall of the long rod, a rack meshing with the outer wall of the single-sided gear, and an L-shaped bent rod fixedly mounted on the outer wall of the rack. A first elastic element is sleeved on the outer wall of the L-shaped bent rod. This invention, by setting up the stirring
assembly, achieves thorough mixing of the liquid to be monitored. A motor drives the long rod to rotate the stirring rod. The design of the stirring rod adapting to the inner wall of the
processing tank ensures uniform mixing of the liquid, resulting in a consistent distribution of
sulfate ions and avoiding monitoring deviations caused by uneven concentration. Simultaneously, during the stirring process, the
impact plate reciprocates through the elastic element's reset mechanism, preventing liquid from adhering to the tank wall. The scraper, under the action of the elastic element, rotates tightly against the bottom of the tank, effectively removing bottom deposits and reducing
contamination of the sample.
