performance index, eliminates the limitations of single indicators, and achieves comprehensive characterization of core properties such as hydrophilicity and
corrosion resistance. It analyzes the uniformity of application performance of each aluminum foil sample, generates an application index, accurately quantifies the uniformity of
coating thickness and roughness, sets fixed thresholds, and outputs corresponding evaluation and management suggestions, demonstrating strong adaptability for hierarchical management.
