Abstract

The invention discloses a method and equipment for processing accessed website history record information. The equipment comprises a history record information storage, an input interface, a statistic information storage, a judger, a first cleaner, a second cleaner and a statistical table updater, wherein the history record information storage is used for storing the accessed website history record information; the input interface is used for acquiring the history record information to be processed; the statistic information storage is used for storing a preset statistical table, wherein web addresses of websites of which the access times are more than a preset threshold during a preset time period are recorded in the preset statistical table; the judger is used for judging whether the websites are in the preset statistical table for each piece of history record information of the visited websites or not; the first cleaner is used for cleaning the history record information when the judging result is no; the second cleaner is used for determining the website types to which the websites in the history record information belong when the judging result is yes, and cleaning the history record information of the visited websites according to a cleaning rule; and the statistical table updater is used for updating the preset statistical table according to the web addresses.
