By dynamically detecting the dew conditions and dynamically heating water circulation, the dynamic control of condensation prevention is achieved, and the dew conditions can be accurately detected in a whole condensation-preventing area by using the abovementioned manner; and condensation-preventing measures can be adopted before the generation of condensation by using return difference type water temperature control.
