The fixed end assembly is sleeved on the pipe body and connected with the upper end of the rubber sleeve, the fixed end assembly is provided with a fixed end limit ring and a middle connector connected with the rubber sleeve, the middle connector is provided with a liquid inlet channel, one end of the extensile spiral pipe penetrates out of the upper end of the rubber sleeve to be communicated with the liquid inlet channel relatively, an over-flow sliding sleeve penetrates in the fixed end limit ring in a connecting mode, and the liquid inlet of the pipe body is opposite to the over-flow sliding sleeve.
