Digital learning resources are standardly described by an XML (extensible markup language) technology based on the CELTS-41 specification. A user obtains a compressed file when downloading the resources; the compressed file comprises a resource entity and an XML description file meeting the CELTS-41 specification. The user uploads the resource compressed file into the system based on the method without filling up a blank with resource description information, and the system can automatically acquire information in the XML description file and store the information into a database. If the user only uploads the resource entity, the user needs to fill up the blank with the resource description information once. According to a standardized digital resource batch management method, the resource management efficiency can be further improved on the basis of a resource organization structure. The user can select a personalized search mode according to a demand when using the system disclosed by the invention, and an ideal search result can be obtained, and the search hit rate can be increased.
