Abstract

The invention provides a level analysis-based assessment method for grid operating condition indicators. The method comprises the following steps: establishing an indicator model: establishing an indicator system model of a multilayer structure according to attributes of all the grid operating condition indicators, wherein the indicator system model comprises a target layer with an indicator, and at least one level of content layer which subordinates to the target layer and has at least one indicator; calculating weight vectors: performing pairwise comparison based on the same layer on all lower layer indicators which subordinate to the same upper layer indicator, and calculating the weight vector of each lower layer indicator relative to the upper layer indicator; acquiring indicator characteristics: calculating a characteristic value of each indicator according to the weight vector. The invention also discloses a corresponding level analysis-based assessment system for the grid operating condition indicators. According to the level analysis-based assessment method and the level analysis-based assessment system for the grid operating condition indicators provided by the invention, the design and the establishment of a grid operating condition indicator system can be simplified, and accurate data are provided for the grid operating condition indicator system.
