The invention relates to an intelligent guest room management system which comprises a central processing system, terminal sensors and intelligent facilities which are connected with each other based on a wireless sensing network, wherein the terminal sensors and the intelligent facilities are arranged in guest rooms. The terminal sensors are used for detecting environmental information of the guest rooms in which the terminal sensors are arranged when the intelligent facilities are working, and transmitting the information to the central processing system. The central processing system gets setting parameters of the intelligent facilities of the guest rooms according to the received environmental information data, stores the parameter information, and establishes identity index data related to the current guest room user for the stored data. Therefore, when the same guest checks in again, the intelligent guest room management system of the invention can automatically set intelligent facilities in a guest room according to previously-stored information to enable the guest to get better guest room service.
