The system comprises a central data base, an antenna, a reader and a central control system, wherein the central data base is used for storing records which is provided with the serial numbers of the storage grids and the serial numbers of the archives placed in storage grids; the antenna is arranged in each storage grid and is used for communicating with the archive labels; the reader is used for communicating with the antenna; the central control system positions the storage grids through the reader, reads the archive labels placed in the storage grids, obtains an archive serial number list, and conducts comparison of the archive serial number list and the records in the central data base so as to conduct archive control.
