The device comprises a plurality of water collecting tank assemblies (9), a plurality of cleaning spraying heads (92) and a pressure supplying device (7). The water collecting tank assemblies (9) are connected with the cleaning spraying heads (92) through water pipes (91) in a one-to-one mode.
