The method comprises the following steps: at first, selecting a to-be-operated financial statement and a to-be-mapped XBRL report; and then, mapping data in a cell of the financial statement to a to-be-mapped cell of the XBRL report in a mode of drawing a line by a mouse, and storing mapping relations between the corresponding cells of the financial statement and the XBRL report after mapping all the cells.
