Abstract

A book management and return system comprises multiple bookshelves with the same intervals. A book carrying disc is used by the bookshelves in a matched manner and controlled by a transversely-moving mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a rotating mechanism and a telescopic mechanism. The transversely-moving mechanism comprises rails parallel to book containing faces of the bookshelves. A bottom board is arranged below the book carrying disc. The lifting mechanism comprises fixed blocks and movable blocks which are all arranged in chutes in the bottom board. The fixed blocks are fixedly connected to the chutes through bolts. Screws penetrate the movable blocks and are controlled by a controller to rotate. The movable blocks move on the screws when the screws rotate. The fixed blocks and the movable blocks are fixed to the bottom of a hinge frame. The book management and return system has the following beneficial effects that the positions of books on the bookshelves can be accurately located, localization in the whole book return process is achieved, and full automation is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of libraries, and in particular relates to a book management and return system. Background technique [0002] Libraries are the most concentrated application places for book management. According to research and analysis, there are currently more than 10,000 libraries in the country, and most libraries have transitioned from purely manual management to barcode identification, computer network, and computer software technology. Although the digital management model adopts many modern technologies, there are still many problems perplexing the management and staff of the library. For example, problems such as self-service borrowing and returning of books, quick inventory of books, search, and sorting of messy books have not been well resolved, which hinders the library from further improving management and service levels. [0003] At present, the library mainly uses barcode technology to carry out inventory of books. Du...
