In order to avoid the situation that existing fire water supply systems are in the static working state for a long time and normal linkage cannot be guaranteed, the tail end water testing device is adopted, reasonable detection points are set through combination with an existing fire protection pipe net so as to form the system and the method capable of performing real-time dynamic and static inspection on a fire fighting system, and normal linkage of the fire water supply system is guaranteed. Therefore the purpose that the fire water supply system is in good and effective working sate and puts out a fire timely during outbreak of fire can be achieved, and loss caused by the fire is reduced.
