By the method, the satisfaction degree of the user on each piece of feedback information can be quantitatively determined; when the user inputs the same question again, the questions and answers system can select the feedback information which the satisfaction degree of the user is relatively high according to the weight of each feedback information, and thus, the interaction process is more humanized.
