Abstract

The invention discloses a quasi-static ultrasonic elastography displacement calculation method so as to solve the technical problems that linkage is mistaken and two-dimensional cross-correlation research calculated quantity is excessively large due to iteration in the prior art.The embodiment of the invention further provides a corresponding device.According to the feasible embodiment, the method comprises the steps of calculating a central point for any displacement, and utilizing prior time shifting for building an iteration cross-correlation function based on a neighborhood window for iteration cross-correlation calculation; obtaining a cross-correlation reliability exponential value of iteration cross-correlation calculation, and judging whether the cross-correlation reliability exponential value is smaller than a first credible threshold value or not; if the cross-correlation reliability exponential value is larger than or equal to the first credible threshold value, determining transverse time shifting according to the prior time shifting, and determining longitudinal time shifting according to the prior time shifting and an iteration cross-correlation result; if the cross-correlation reliability exponential value is smaller than the first credible threshold value, using two-dimensional comprehensive cross-correlation research inside the neighborhood to obtain the longitudinal time shifting and the transverse time shifting of the central point of displacement calculation; traversing all ultrasonic radio-frequency signals, and generating displacement field distribution of tested biological tissue.
