Benefits of technology

This patented method involves making an organic-based nanoparticle composition by mixing different materials together at certain temperatures. These mixtures have excellent properties such as heat stability and durability when used for various applications like coatings on metal piping walls. They also provide improved strength compared with pure plastics due to their reinforcement effectiveness against external forces caused during use.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents relates to improving indoor air quality through filters used for cleanliness purposes while reducing harmful pollutants released during burning fossil fuels. These filters should capture all these tiny particles without being blocked up too much, allowing them to pass freely into our lungs where we live well. Additionally, current commercial products like activated carbon filtering devices require frequent replacement because their efficiency decreased over time.

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of materials, in particular to an antibacterial haze-preventing mask material containing bamboo leaf flavonoid. The antibacterial haze-preventing mask material comprises a supporting material located on a bottom layer, a nanofiber mesh layer and a nanofiber membrane layer containing bamboo leaf flavonoid, wherein the nanofiber mesh layer and the nanofiber membrane layer are sequentially combined to the supporting material. According to the antibacterial haze-preventing mask material, firstly, nanocomposite is prepared through melt extrusion pilling, then, spinning is carried out through the melt electrospinning technology, natural mineral nano materials can be evenly spread into a polypropylene or polyester material, and melt electrospinning interruption caused by natural mineral nano material agglomeration can be avoided. In addition, the mask material is composed of thick melt electrospinning fiber and thin solution electrospinning fiber and can effectively block most PM2.5 particles, and anions released by the natural mineral nano materials has an effect of capturing the PM2.5 particles. In addition, the mask material contains bamboo leaf flavonoid, has an antibacterial function and has the fresh bamboo flavor.
