The half AVDD circuit comprises a voltage regulating module, a feedback module, a reference module, a determination module and a control module, wherein the voltage regulating module is used for receiving input voltage and outputting half AVDD; the feedback module is used for receiving the half AVDD and outputting feedback voltage; the reference module is used for receiving ideal half AVDD and outputting reference voltage, the ratio between the reference voltage and the ideal half AVDD is equal to the ratio between the feedback voltage and the half AVDD; the determination module is used for receiving the feedback voltage and the reference voltage and comparing the feedback voltage and the reference voltage so as to acquire a comparison result; and the control module is used for controlling the voltage regulating module to regulate the outputted half AVDD according to the comparison result so as to enable the half AVDD to be equal to the ideal half AVDD.
