Abstract

The invention relates to an unloading device and a dynamic compaction machine. The unloading device comprises a lever, a lever fulcrum, a retarder, a hook device and an unhook assembly. The lever can rotate around the lever fulcrum. The retarder and the hook device are both arranged on the lever and are located on the two opposite sides of the lever fulcrum correspondingly. The retarder comprises a retardance rail and retardance rollers, the retardance rollers can move along the retardance rail, and the retardance rail is configured to be capable of enabling the retardance rollers to accelerate descending along the retardance rail. The hook device is used for hanging or releasing a counter weight. The unhook assembly is connected with the retarder and the hook device so that the hook device can hang or release the counter weight along with changing of the state of the retarder. According to the unloading device, as the retardance rollers of the retarder can accelerate descending, the counter weight is driven to accelerate descending together with the hook device, then, the counter weight hung on the hook device is released, thus, the tensile force of a steel wire rope used for hanging the unloading device is decreased gradually, releasing of the counter weight is changed into slow descending, and impact of counter weight releasing on a system is reduced.
