Abstract

The invention relates to an energy spectrum CT image reconstruction method and an energy spectrum CT imaging system. The energy spectrum CT image reconstruction method includes the steps: acquiring incomplete original projection data under each energy window among a plurality of energy windows; utilizing the corresponding original projection data of at least one pair of energy windows formed by different energy windows among the plurality of energy windows to perform projection data cross estimation to obtain the estimation projection data, wherein each pair of energy windows include a first energy window and a second energy window; combining the original projection data with the corresponding estimation projection data, obtaining complete projection data; and utilizing the complete projection data to reconstruct an energy spectrum CT image. The energy spectrum CT image reconstruction method can solve the reconstruction problem that projection data is deficient.
