Abstract

The application relates to an energy spectrum CT image reconstruction method and an energy spectrum CT imaging system. A spectral CT image reconstruction method includes: collecting incomplete original projection data under each energy window in a plurality of energy windows; performing projection data cross-estimation on the projection data to obtain estimated projection data, wherein each pair of energy windows includes a first energy window and a second energy window; combining the original projection data with corresponding estimated projection data to obtain complete projection data; and using The complete projection data reconstructs a spectral CT image. According to the method of the present application, the reconstruction problem of insufficient projection data can be solved.
