According to the control method of the notification messages, in the process of operating the first application, displaying or shielding of the notification messages is determined through the notification list which corresponds to the first application, thus a user of the mobile terminal does not miss the specific notification messages, and frequent displaying of the notification messages does not influence the use of the first application of the user of the mobile terminal.
