The method is characterized by including steps: building up communication between the touch screen mobile terminal and a computer; detecting and obtaining touch point coordinates of handwriting input of a user by the touch screen mobile terminal, matching the coordinate information with characters in a character library or recording corresponding trails; displaying characters matched with or close to user data on a screen, sending the confirmed character or trail information to the computer end via internet, and displaying corresponding character on the mobile terminal and the computer synchronously; applying received character or trail information to corresponding programs by the computer and keeping on detecting the input situation from the mobile terminal; and if input ends, performing corresponding program operation. In the meantime, a system capable of realizing the method is provided. A touch screen processing module, a recognition module, a parsing module, a wireless transmission module and a storage module are disposed on the touch screen mobile terminal.
