Abstract

The invention provides a high-conductivity elastomer, a preparation method thereof and a flexible stretchable antenna. Ultra-soft rubber is utilized as a basic structure unit. A rubber layer is firstly applied on pre-stretched rubber. Carbon nanotubes which are plated by thin-layer metal in different layers are utilized as a conductive layer. Then a rubber layer is sprayed on the conductive layer. Finally the pre-stretched rubber restores to an original length for forming the high-conductivity elastomer with a wrinkle structure. Furthermore the high-conductivity elastomer is utilized for preparing the flexible stretchable antenna. The high-conductivity elastomer has high stretching coefficient, high stretching fracture rate and excellent conductivity, wherein the stretching fracture rate reaches 800%. Furthermore, because of existence of the wrinkle structure, when the high-conductivity elastomer is stretched, and the total length of the conductive layer is substantially unchanged, so that when the elastomer is stretched by six times, high conductivity is maintained and resistance is basically unchanged, and furthermore performance is substantially unchanged after repeated stretching by 10000 times.
