The method comprises the steps of receiving the member registration requests of consumers through a ticket transaction terminal, and conducting the registration for the consumers according to the member information; within a preset time period before the ticket selling time, receiving ticket registration and purchase requests sent from members, and registering the member information for a to-be-purchased ticket; when the preset registration period is over, selecting members having the ticket purchase right out of all members registered for the to-be-purchased ticket in the stochastically ballot manner; sending a notification to selected member having the ticket purchase right to notify the members of having the ticket purchase right, so as to enable the members to purchase the ticket; receiving ticket purchase requests from the members and executing the ticket purchase operation for the members; and sending the information of tickets already purchased by the members to the members. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the instantaneous flow of the system is avoided, so that the normal operation of the system and a cash flow mechanism is maintained.
