The method comprises steps that building blocks comprising input parameters are set, and are the statement units of the building block type programing; configuration files used to converting the building block type programing into the program codes are set; the configuration files comprise a plurality of code areas and sub-program codes set in the plurality of code areas; the sub-program codes and the input parameters are set in the plurality of code areas, and the building blocks are converted into the program codes. The problem of the prior art of inability of using the building block type programing for different electronic modules is solved.
