The method includes the following steps that a sediment column is collected at the same position by means of a plurality of organic glass tubes, wherein the bottoms of the organic glass tubes are plugged with rubber plugs, and the sediment column comprises sediment and overlaying water located above the sediment; the overlaying water is extracted from the upper portions of the organic glass tubes by means of a syringe and a rubber tube and is stored in a unified mode; the tops ofthe organic glass tubes are covered with covers so that the tops of the organic glass tubes are plugged; after the rubber plugs are removed, the organic glass tubes are placed into a tank body of an annular water tank; after the covers are removed, the organic glass tubes are lifted upwards synchronously, so that the sediment is discharged from the bottoms of the organic glass tubes gradually under the action of gravity, and is laid in the tank body; the overlaying water which is stored in a unified mode is transferred into the tank body.
