The enhanced NBR and PVC blending formula includes 60-63 parts of PVC resin, 37-40 parts of NBRsynthetic rubber, 50-55 parts of DOP (dioctyl phthalate), 21-24 parts of CaCO3, 0.3-0.5 part of DM, 0.4-0.7 part of sulfur, 5-7 parts of ZnO, 1.4-1.7 parts of RD and 0.9-1.2 parts of HSt. The PVC resin, the NBR synthetic rubber, the DOP, the CaCO3, the DM, the sulfur, the ZnO, the RD and the HSt are blended with one another. The enhanced NBR and PVC blending formula has the advantage that the strength can be obviously improved.
