The inward facing surface of the side pipe is provided with multiple gear holes. The inward facing surface of the side pipe is provided with a limiting mechanism which comprises a fixing block. An inserting pipe is inserted in the fixing block. The internal end of the inserting pipe is inserted in the gear hole.
