The invention discloses a detachable type cotton sample balanced transferring device which comprises a base, a framework and sample tanks. A framework is arranged on the base; hollow supporting columns are arranged on four corners of a rectangular frame of the base separately; and the hollow supporting columns contain corresponding supporting columns at the bottom of the framework separately. Thebase comprises a bottom supporting frame and idler wheels; the bottom supporting frame is the rectangular frame; the middle of the bottom supporting frame is provided with a reinforcement rod parallelwith the short edge; the idler wheels are arranged at four corners of the rectangular frame; and at least one of the idler wheels is provided with a foot brake device. The framework is provided witha plurality of layers, each layer is used for containing one sample tank, and the highest layer is of a cuboid framework structure and provided with a handle.
