The invention provides an interaction matching system and an interaction matching method. The system comprises a data analysis subsystem, a user interaction subsystem, a data matching subsystem and auser-defined supporting subsystem. A supporting environment satisfying a personalized requirement is optimally matched for a user by use of quantitative data; another supporting environment which satisfies a human contact curve and can generate continuous supporting changes is customized in a personalized manner for the user by use of the quantitative data; the human contact curve/surface data andassociated pressure distribution data immediately generated by the data analysis subsystem can accurately quantify the personalized supporting performance customized requirement of the user; and thechange of a supporting structure is automatically adjusted according to an algorithm, related data under different supporting environments can be generated once and are evaluated and optimized.
