The cabinet is provided with a cabinet liquid inlet and a cabinet liquid outlet for conveying the first refrigerant; and the cabinet further comprises a baffle plate and a backflow mechanism for separating the first refrigerant liquid level into at least two independent areas; each of the independent areas iscommunicated with a backflow liquid inlet on the backflow mechanism, and a backflow liquid outlet on the backflow mechanism is communicated with the cabinet liquid outlet. Since multiple servers areplaced in each cabinet, and the liquid level temperature of the cabinet is high when the server is working, the liquid level is divided into a plurality of independent areas by the baffle plate, and each of the independent areas is provided with the backflow mechanism to guide the hotter first refrigerant located on the liquid level to a cooling host for heat exchange, so that the liquid level channeling with high temperature is prevented, and the heat dissipation efficiency is improved.
