Embodiment Construction

[0020] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0021] A storage system based on RFID technology, such as figure 1 As shown, it includes a warehouse information management system, an RFID reader-writer and RFID middleware, and the warehouse information management system is connected to the RFID reader-writer through the RFID middleware. The RFID reader as the data collection terminal is responsible for the collection of goods data, and sends the collected data to the warehouse information management system for analysis and processing. Since the data collection is mainly based on RFID technology, and the data acquired by the reader is transmitted to the warehouse information management system, the required storage locations of the entire warehouse need to be fully covered by wireless LAN, and the storage locations of different storage locations need to be fully covered. The product information is written into the el...

Abstract

The invention relates to an RFID technology based warehouse system and a control method thereof. The warehouse system comprises a warehouse information management system, an RFID reader-writer and anRFID middleware. The warehouse information management system is connected with the RFID reader-writer through the RFID middleware. A radio frequency wireless network is arranged in a warehouse, goodsin the warehouse are affixed with electronic tags, and the RFID reader-writer reads the data of the electronic tags on the goods in the warehouse, and sends the data to the warehouse information management system for analysis and processing through the radio frequency wireless network. The warehouse information management system includes a user management module, a warehousing-in management module, warehousing-out management module and an inventory management module. The warehouse system adopts the RFID technology to realize non-contact long-distance identification and a batch reading function, can provide an efficient and accurate data acquisition mode and improve efficiency and accuracy, realizes automatic acquisition of warehousing-in and warehousing-out data, and lowers the risk of human errors; visual management of warehouse products is achieved, the risk of product missing is lowered; and the cost of enterprise warehouse management is reduced.
