Abstract

There is provided mechanisms for granting resources to a wireless device operating with a short Transmission Time Interval (sTTI). A method is performed by a network node. The method comprises transmitting, to the wireless device, a first control information message for a downlink channel. The method comprises transmitting, to the wireless device, a second control information message in a device-specific search space (USS), or in a common search space (CSS), based on a parameter of the first control information message.

Description

technical field [0001] Embodiments presented herein relate to methods, network nodes, computer programs, and computer program products for granting resources to wireless devices. Embodiments presented herein also relate to methods, wireless devices, computer programs, and computer program products for receiving grants of resources from network nodes. Background technique [0002] In a communication network, it can be challenging to achieve good performance and capability for a given communication protocol, its parameters, and the physical environment in which the communication network is deployed. [0003] For example, one parameter in providing good performance and capability for a given communication protocol in a communication network is packet data latency. Latency measurements can be performed in all phases of a communication network, eg when validating new software versions or system components, and / or when deploying a communication network and when said communication...
