The beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows: the base satisfies the requirement of gamma-ray shielding by the shielding plate in the pressing groove, and realizes the flow distribution function through the flow-distribution through hole, and can satisfy the demand of simultaneously considering problems of flow distribution and activation of gamma-rays to the bottom of a pool.
