Abstract

The invention relates to an anti-quantum certificate obtaining method and system based on a public key pool. Participants comprise a certificate authority and users; each participant is provided witha key card; the public key pool, a private key unit and a public key pointer random number of the certificate authority are all stored in each key card; and a user public key pointer random number isfurther stored in the key card of the user. The anti-quantum certificate obtaining method comprises the following steps at a user side of generating request information comprising a certificate request, the user public key pointer random number and a user identity; signing the request information by using a signature private key; generating a true random number, and encrypting the request information and the signature by using the true random number in order to obtain a first ciphertext; encrypting the true random number by using an encryption public key of the certificate authority in order to obtain a second ciphertext; sending the first ciphertext and the second ciphertext to the certificate authorization; and receiving and verifying a certificate of authorization of the certificate authorization center.
