Abstract

The invention discloses an RPA demand collection method and device, and relates to the technical field of computers. A specific embodiment of the method comprises the following steps of: acquiring anoperation record of a service worker in a service operation process by using a step recorder, wherein the operation record comprises each service scene, and operation content and a timestamp of each service scene; splicing the operation content of each service scene according to the timestamp to obtain an operation process of the service operation process; and when the operation process meets a preset demand rule, taking the operation process as an RPA demand. According to the implementation mode, the operation records in the service operation process can be automatically collected, convenience and high efficiency are achieved, and the collected logic rules of the RPA requirements are unified to facilitate classification, arrangement and subsequent development.
