Abstract

The air conditioner comprises a first temperature detection unit, a first humidity detection unit, a second temperature detection unit and a second humidity detection unit. The first temperature detection unit and the first humidity detection unit are used for detecting the air temperature T1 and the relative humidity of inlet air flowing from an air outlet to an air outlet pipe correspondingly. The second temperature detection unit and the second humidity detection unit are used for detecting the air temperature T2 and the relative humidity of outlet air in the air outlet pipe correspondingly. The running frequency of a compressor is adjusted and reduced within each first preset time, so that the refrigeration power of the air conditioner is gradually reduced so as to increase the temperature of an evaporator, and therefore condensation of moisture of air in the air conditioner on the surfaces of fins of the evaporator is reduced, namely, moisture consumption of the air is reduced, the refrigeration power of the air conditioner is reduced, and the moisture content d1 of the inlet air is increased; and when the moisture content of the inlet air of the air conditioner is the same as the moisture content of the outlet air, the running frequency of the compressor is not adjusted, and the environment humidity is maintained.
