The thin film transistor includes a first interlayer insulating layer, a first intermediate insulating layer on the first interlayer insulating layer, a second thin film transistor disposed on the first intermediate insulating layer, a second interlayer insulating layer covering a second gate of the second thin film transistor and extending to a separation region, and a second intermediate insulating layer covering an upper portion of the second interlayer insulating layer and extending to the separation region.
