A building is comprised of first, second, third, and fourth single-family apartments each comprising a first floor, a second floor, and a third floor. The first floor comprises a plurality of private parking garages associated with the first, second, third, and fourth single-family apartments, respectively. The second floor, disposed above the plurality of private parking garages, comprises first living spaces coupled to the plurality of private parking garages via a first plurality of stairwells, respectively. The first living spaces also comprise a plurality of kitchens, a plurality of bedrooms, and a plurality of common areas, respectively.
