Description

Technical Field

[0001] The invention relates to an air supply device for an air-cooled refrigerator and a refrigerator comprising the device. Background Art

[0002] Air-cooled refrigerators generate cold air through the built-in evaporator, and the cold air circulates through the air duct to the various storage spaces of the refrigerator to achieve refrigeration. A fan chamber connected to the evaporator is set in the rear wall of the refrigerator, and an air outlet duct connected to the fan chamber is set between each storage chamber. The air outlet duct is branched in the fan chamber of the refrigerator and connected to each storage chamber respectively. The fan blows the cold air cooled by the evaporator directly into the storage chamber through the air outlet duct. For air-cooled refrigerators, if the temperature distribution in the storage space is uneven, the operating efficiency of the refrigerator will also be reduced. Similarly, multiple different storage spaces in the refrigerator, or multiple subspaces in a single storage space, require different cooling capacities depending on the amount of items stored. Therefore, it is necessary to accurately distribute the flow direction and control the flow rate of the cold air entering each storage space.

[0003] In order to accurately control the refrigeration of each storage room, an air supply device is required to control the air volume leading to each storage room, that is, multiple dampers for controlling the opening and closing of each air duct are provided in the air outlet duct before the branch, and the air supply device controls the opening and closing of the dampers. When a storage room needs to be refrigerated, the damper on the air outlet duct leading to the storage room is opened, and the cold air enters the air outlet duct leading to each storage room through the air flow channel of the damper, so as to realize accurate flow distribution and flow control of the cold air entering each storage space.

[0004] The existing multi-damper air supply device has a relatively complex driving structure. For example, multiple dampers and a corresponding number of damper drive wheels are provided, and the multiple damper drive wheels are independently driven or meshed in sequence and have the same number of teeth. Problems existing in the prior art include a complex driving structure; the entire air supply device is relatively large in size, for example, the larger the damper, the larger the damper drive wheel size is required, and the damper drive wheel size cannot be reduced, which results in larger gears for the entire air supply device and increased material costs; the assembly of multiple gears is complex, and the position of the gears needs to be identified, which wastes work efficiency; and the gaps between the transmissions of multiple damper drive wheels result in large cumulative errors and efficiency losses.

[0005] Therefore, it is hoped to provide a simple and compact air supply device which can at least partially eliminate or alleviate the above problems. Summary of the invention

[0006] In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, the present invention is proposed.

[0007] In one aspect, the present invention provides an air supply device for an air-cooled refrigerator, comprising: a main body, the main body is provided with one or more air supply channels and a plurality of air supply outlets fluidly connected to at least one air supply channel, which are arranged on the main body in sequence along a first direction, and each air supply outlet is provided with a damper for opening and closing the corresponding air supply outlet; a damper drive assembly for driving the plurality of dampers to close or open, wherein the damper drive assembly comprises: a motor, arranged on the main body; a single damper drive member, connected to the motor and driven by the motor to move linearly along the first direction, the damper drive member is provided with a groove track extending along the first direction, a plurality of connecting rods, each connected between the groove track and a corresponding damper, wherein a column is provided on the connecting rod, the column cooperates with the groove track, so that the linear movement of the damper drive member drives the plurality of connecting rods to move linearly along a second direction angled to the first direction to drive the corresponding dampers to open or close.

[0008] By arranging a damper driver that moves linearly along the damper arrangement direction, the damper driver extends across each duct laterally outside the duct, so that the groove track on the damper driver has a portion or section corresponding to each duct (i.e., the damper in each duct). Such an arrangement allows one damper driver to be used to drive multiple dampers at the same time, and the structure is very compact and simple, with strong scalability. Moreover, the groove track is arranged on a single damper driver, and the action coordination and reliability between different dampers are greatly improved.

[0009] Preferably, the main body has a longitudinal direction, and the first direction is the longitudinal direction. Thus, the air supply channels are arranged in sequence along the longitudinal direction, that is, the damper drive member extending in the longitudinal direction will pass through each air supply channel in sequence outside the air supply channel. This arrangement can minimize the width and thickness directions of the air supply device.

[0010] Preferably, the damper driver is mounted to the main body and constrained to move linearly along the first direction by form fit. The form fit can be, for example, the fit of a rib track and a groove, or the fit of a groove and a plurality of guide pins, or at least an external guide disposed on both sides of the damper driver, etc. Such a configuration enables the damper driver to move stably and transmit power to the connecting rod. Preferably, the connecting rod is mounted to the main body and constrained to move linearly along the second direction by form fit. The form fit can be, for example, the fit of a rib track and a groove, or the fit of a groove and a plurality of guide pins, or at least an external guide disposed on both sides of the connecting rod, etc. Such a configuration enables the connecting rod to move stably and transmit power to the damper pivot. Preferably, the second direction is at an angle within a range of 80° to 100° with the first direction. An angle deviating from 90° can further reduce the width of the air supply device and maintain sufficient driving force. Preferably, the second direction is orthogonal to the first direction. The orthogonal arrangement maximizes the travel of the connecting rod under the same groove track when the damper state changes.

[0011] Preferably, the groove track includes multiple sections of groove tracks that are independent of each other, and each section of the groove track corresponds to a coupling rod, thereby corresponding to a damper. Therefore, each section of the groove track corresponds to a damper, and the groove tracks will not interfere with each other and can achieve reliable matching. Preferably, the multiple sections of the groove track are spaced apart from each other or partially overlap each other in the longitudinal direction. The partially overlapping setting can further reduce the longitudinal dimensions of the damper drive and the air supply device.

[0012] Preferably, the groove track extends along the first direction and fluctuates between a first position level and a second position level in a direction perpendicular to the first direction, one of the first position level and the second position level corresponding to the damper open position and the other corresponding to the damper closed position. Thus, the linear movement of the groove track will drive the column of the connecting rod to move between the first position level and the second position level, thereby driving the damper to open and close.

[0013] Preferably, the coupling rod is provided with a rack, and the rack is meshed with a gear provided on the damper pivot, so that the linear movement of the coupling rod drives the damper to rotate. Preferably, the plurality of air supply channels arranged in sequence are separated from each other by partition walls, and a partition is further provided on the main body, which extends across all the air supply channels to separate the internal space of each air supply channel from the transmission space, the damper drive and the coupling rod are arranged in the transmission space, and the gear on the damper pivot is exposed to the transmission space to mesh with the rack on the coupling rod. In the case where the air supply channels are arranged side by side, the partition is arranged on the upper side or the lower side of the air supply channel to separate the transmission space from the internal space of the air supply channel, so that the operation of the air supply device is more reliable.

[0014] Preferably, a rack is provided on the damper driving member, wherein the rotation output by the motor is transmitted to the rack through one or more gears and converted into linear motion of the damper driving member.

[0015] In another aspect, the present invention provides an air-cooled refrigerator, comprising the air supply device described in any of the preceding paragraphs. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0027] Discussed below Figure 1a to Figure 5h , and the various embodiments used in this patent document to describe the principles of the present invention are only used for illustration and should not be regarded as limiting the scope of the present invention in any way. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the principles of the present invention can be implemented in any appropriately arranged air supply device and a refrigerator including the air supply device. The terms used to describe the various embodiments are exemplary.

[0028] Figure 1a and 1b 1 shows a front stereoscopic view and a rear stereoscopic view of an air supply device 100 according to the present invention. The air supply device 100 is in the shape of a substantially rectangular parallelepiped, and includes a motor chamber 101 separated by side walls, and a first damper 102, a second damper 104, and a third damper 106 arranged in sequence along the longitudinal direction L of the air supply device 100. The first, second, and third dampers 102, 104, 106 are respectively used to open and close a corresponding one of the three air supply channels. The three air supply channels are separated by partition walls 103 and 105, and as shown in FIG. Figure 1a The air outlet side is shown. Figure 1b Air intake side shown.

[0029] Figure 2 The exploded view of the air supply device 100 according to the present invention is shown. The upper side of the air supply channel is defined by a horizontal partition 208. The partition 208 divides the internal space of the air supply device into two parts. The lower space of the partition 208 forms the air supply channel. The upper space on the upper side of the partition 208 is connected to the motor chamber 101, which is used to accommodate the transmission mechanism for transmitting power from the motor to the damper assembly. The cover plate 201 is engaged with the housing to enclose the transmission mechanism in the upper space and the motor space. The transmission mechanism includes a reduction gear 204, a damper drive 205, a connecting rod 210, etc.

[0030] The horizontal partition 208 is provided with a rib guide rail 209, which is used to cooperate with the groove track D on the damper driver, so as to constrain the damper driver 205 to move linearly in the longitudinal direction. The contact surfaces of the two are provided with lubricant to facilitate the free reciprocating movement of the groove track D relative to the rib track 209, so as to reduce the movement resistance and avoid wear. The above arrangement can also be replaced by other arrangements, such as providing a rib track on the damper driver and a groove track on the horizontal partition; or replacing the rib track with a plurality of protrusions, as long as the damper driver 205 can be constrained to move linearly in the set direction.

[0031] The lower space is an air supply channel and extends between the fan chamber and the air outlet for air flow. The dampers 102, 104, 106 are pivotally mounted in the lower space and are connected to the transmission mechanism in the upper space. The air supply channel is correspondingly divided into a plurality of air supply channels by partition walls 103, 105 in the longitudinal direction, and a damper is arranged on each air supply channel to open and close the corresponding channel. A recess for mounting a connecting rod and a support for supporting the damper to pivot are arranged on the partition walls 103, 105. The portion of the housing other than the cover plate 201 is formed as a whole by integral injection molding to provide the convenience of demoulding.

[0032] The power output by the motor cooperates with the rack 207 of the damper driver 205 through the gear train, so that the damper driver 205 moves linearly. The damper driver 205 also includes a track 206 for outputting movement to the connecting rod 210. The connecting rod 210 drives the corresponding damper to pivot open or close.

[0033] Figure 3a and 3b FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of a damper driver 205 according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein Figure 3a The side of the damper drive facing away from the horizontal partition 208 is shown. Figure 3b The side of the damper driver facing the partition plate 208 is shown. The damper driver 205 is a single-piece structure. The damper driver 205 is generally a long strip structure, and its long side is also arranged in the longitudinal direction. The damper driver 205 has a first thickness and two side surfaces separated by the first thickness. The damper driver 205 is arranged above the partition plate 208, so that the damper driver 205 has a first section, a second section and a third section corresponding to the first damper 102, the second damper 104 and the third damper 106 respectively.

[0034] like Figure 3b As shown in the figure, a groove track D is provided on one side surface of the damper driver 205, which in this embodiment is the side surface facing the partition 208. The groove track D is used to cooperate with the rib guide rail 209 on the partition 208 to guide the linear movement of the damper driver. The groove track D and the rib 209 can also be interchanged; a matching structure different from the groove track and the rib can also be provided, as long as the matching structure allows the damper driver to only move linearly along the longitudinal direction L on the partition.

[0035] In this example, the damper driver 205 is configured to move linearly along the longitudinal direction L. A rack 207 is provided on one long side of the damper driver away from the damper, which meshes with an output gear. The output gear receives power from the motor 203 to drive the damper driver 205 to reciprocate linearly through the gear rack.

[0036] In this embodiment, three sections of groove tracks A, B, and C corresponding to the three dampers 102, 104, and 106 are also provided on the same side surface of the damper driver 205 (i.e., the side facing the partition 208). The groove tracks A, B, and C are located between the groove track D and the corresponding damper. Each damper is provided with a corresponding connecting rod 210. A column 211 is provided on the connecting rod 210, and the column 211 cooperates with the corresponding groove track to slide therein. The connecting rod 210 is installed in the groove on the partition 208, thereby constraining the connecting rod 210 to move linearly only in a direction perpendicular to the movement direction (longitudinal direction) of the damper driver 205. The groove tracks A, B, and C are arranged to extend generally in the longitudinal direction and present an undulating change in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, so that when the damper driver 205 moves linearly, the column of the connecting rod 210 moves in the corresponding groove track, thereby driving the connecting rod 210 to move linearly. Each groove track has a first position level close to the damper pivot and a second position level away from the damper in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The first position level corresponds to the damper closed position, that is, when the column 211 of the connecting rod 210 is in the groove track at the first position level, the damper is in a fully closed position. The second position level corresponds to the damper open position, that is, when the column 211 of the connecting rod 210 is in the groove track at the second position level, the damper is in a fully open position. While extending in the longitudinal direction, the groove track fluctuates between the first position level and the second position level. The connecting rod 210 is provided with a rack, which meshes with the fan gear on the damper pivot, so that the movement of the connecting rod 210 drives the damper to rotate. Only a fan gear can be provided on the damper pivot, or a full gear can be provided instead.

[0037] The partition 208 is a horizontal partition in this embodiment, but it is conceivable that the partition 208 can also be inclined, as long as the partition surface is parallel to the movement direction of the damper drive. When the partition is an inclined partition, the arrangement relationship of the components relative to the partition remains the same, but the orientation is changed accordingly. For example, the movement direction of the connecting rod is also inclined accordingly. Although such an arrangement may require additional height space, it can effectively reduce the width dimension of the entire device.

[0038] On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the movement direction of the coupling rod 210 is constrained to be perpendicular to the movement direction of the damper drive, however, it is conceivable that the movement direction of the coupling rod 210 may also be at a non-perpendicular angle to the movement direction of the damper drive, for example, between 60° and 120°, more preferably between 80° and 100°. Such a setting can further reduce the size of the entire device in the width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.

[0039] In the above description, the first position level and the second position level are described with reference to the damper pivot axis. More precisely, the two position levels are spaced apart perpendicular to the direction of motion of the damper drive member, wherein one position level corresponds to the damper closed position and the other position level corresponds to the damper open position. In other words, it can also be set that the first position level corresponds to the damper open position and the second position level corresponds to the damper closed position. In this embodiment, the distance L2 between the first position level and the second position level is the same relative to the three tracks. It is conceivable that they can also be different.

[0040] Figure 4a and 4b A schematic diagram of a damper of an air supply device according to the present invention is shown. Figure 4a is open and in Figure 4b The damper 402 is installed to pivot about the pivot 403. When the damper 402 pivots to the open state, the air supply passage is completely open; and when the damper 402 pivots to the closed state, the air supply passage is completely closed. The damper 402 can also be in an intermediate state between the open state and the closed state, in which case the air supply passage is in a partially open state.

[0041] By adopting the structure of the present invention, compared with the existing complex damper drive structure, whether there are three or more dampers, a single damper drive can be used, and the structure is compact, avoiding the assembly and cooperation difficulties between multiple damper drives and the error problems caused by the matching gap, and increasing the transmission efficiency. In addition, the arrangement of the present invention can also greatly reduce the width dimension of the air supply device housing, so that the space occupied by the overall air supply device can be reduced, reducing the cost.

[0042] Instructions

[0043] As mentioned above, each of the three dampers 102, 104, and 106 has two states, open and closed, and the three damper combinations have a total of 8 open and closed working states. The 8 working states can be arranged in a variety of orders. The combination of working states can be based on, for example, only one damper is actuated (i.e., the state changes) each time the state of the damper group is switched, so that the torque loss of the motor output is small; or it can be determined according to the needs of the object controlled by the actual damper. This embodiment only lists one combination by way of example, but it should be understood that there are a large number of other combinations, which also fall within the scope of protection of this patent.

[0044] This embodiment is described in the following eight working state sequences.

[0045] serial number Air door 102 Air door 104 Air door 106 1 close close close 2 open close close 3 close open close 4 open open close 5 close open open 6 open close open 7 close close open 8 open open open

[0046] Based on the above arrangement, tracks are set to enable the doors to be opened and closed in the above arrangement order.

[0047] When the damper needs to be opened, according to the driving principle, the groove tracks A, B, and C are required to drive the column on the connecting rod to translate. Then, the groove tracks A, B, and C need to be arranged to extend along the linear motion direction, and the position in the direction perpendicular to the motion direction of the damper driver changes between the first position level and the second position level, so that when the damper driver moves linearly, the groove tracks A, B, and C drive the column matched therein to translate along the direction perpendicular to the above linear motion direction. According to the angle required to rotate when the damper switches to a state once (from open to closed or from closed to open) and the meshing relationship between the fan gear and the connecting rod, the distance that the damper needs to translate when switching to a state once can be calculated. In addition, the state change between the first position level and the second position level needs to be realized by an inclined transition track extending between the two position levels. The smaller the angle between the transition track and the motion direction of the connecting rod, the greater the motion resistance. In this embodiment, the inclination of the transition track is 45°. Then, the distance that the groove tracks A, B, and C need to change from the center line of the groove track D when the damper switches to a state once, and the distance that the damper driver needs to move each time it switches can be designed. Based on this, the groove tracks A, B, and C can be designed according to the above working conditions. In this embodiment, the distance that the damper driving member needs to move each time the state changes is L1, and the horizontal distance between the first position and the second position is L2.

[0048] There are three dampers in this article, which correspond to groove tracks A, B, and C respectively. Figure 5a-5h The dotted lines in the figure indicate the positions of the groove tracks A, B, and C in various states.

[0049] like Figure 5a As shown, the damper assembly is in the first state. The damper drive member is in the first state as the initial position, in which the damper drive member is at the position farthest from the motor. In the initial position, the column is located at or near one end of the corresponding groove track A, B, C. In the first state, the column is horizontal at the first position of the groove track A, B, C, respectively, and the damper does not rotate and is in the closed position. At this time, the column is in its corresponding initial track position / first track position in the corresponding groove track A, B, C. In the first state, the dampers 102, 104, 106 are all closed, and no cold air is discharged from the air flow outlet through the damper.

[0050] like Figure 5bAs shown, the damper group is in the second state. The damper drive moves L1 to the right in a straight line from the first state, so that the groove tracks A, B, and C move L1 to the right relative to the first track position and enter the second state. At this time, the column is in its corresponding second track position in the corresponding groove tracks A, B, and C. In the second state, the column in the groove track A moves L2 to the second position level in a direction perpendicular to the movement direction of the damper drive (away from the damper pivot), and the column in the groove tracks B and C is still at the first position level. As a result, the dampers 104 and 106 corresponding to the groove tracks B and C remain closed, while the damper 102 corresponding to the groove track A switches the working state from closed to open. In this second state, the dampers 104 and 106 are closed, and the damper 102 is opened, so that cold air is discharged from the air flow outlet corresponding to the damper 102.

[0051] like Figure 5c As shown, the damper assembly is in the third state. The damper drive moves L1 to the right in a straight line from the second state, so that the groove tracks A, B, and C move L1 to the right relative to the second track position and enter the third state. At this time, the column is in its corresponding third track position in the corresponding groove tracks A, B, and C. In the third state, the column in the groove track A moves L2 horizontally from the second position to the first position level, the column in the groove track B moves L2 along the direction perpendicular to the movement direction of the damper drive (away from the damper pivot) to the second position level, and the column in the groove track C is still in the first position level. Therefore, in this third state, the dampers 102 and 106 corresponding to the groove tracks A and C remain closed, while the damper 104 corresponding to the groove track B is opened, and the cold air is discharged from the air flow outlet corresponding to the damper 104.

[0052] like Figure 5d As shown, the damper group is in the fourth state. The damper drive moves L1 to the right in a straight line from the third state, so that the groove tracks A, B, and C move L1 to the right relative to the third track position and enter the fourth state. At this time, the column is in its corresponding fourth track position in the corresponding groove tracks A, B, and C. In the fourth state, the column in the groove track A moves L2 horizontally from the first position to the second position, the column in the groove track B is still at the second position level, and the column in the groove track C is still at the first position level. Therefore, in this fourth state, the damper 106 corresponding to the groove track C remains closed, while the dampers 102 and 104 corresponding to the groove tracks A and B are opened, and the cold air is discharged from the air flow outlets corresponding to the dampers 102 and 104.

[0053] like Figure 5eAs shown, the damper group is in the fifth state. The damper drive moves L1 to the right in a straight line from the fourth state, so that the groove tracks A, B, and C move L1 to the right relative to the fourth track position and enter the fifth state. At this time, the column is in its corresponding fifth track position in the corresponding groove tracks A, B, and C. In the fifth state, the column in the groove track A moves horizontally L2 from the second position to the first position, the column in the groove track B is still at the second position, and the column in the groove track C moves horizontally L2 from the first position to the second position. Therefore, in this fifth state, the damper 102 corresponding to the groove track A remains closed, while the dampers 104 and 106 corresponding to the groove tracks B and C are opened, and the cold air is discharged from the air flow outlets corresponding to the dampers 104 and 106.

[0054] like Figure 5f As shown, the damper group is in the sixth state. The damper drive moves L1 to the right in a straight line from the fifth state, so that the groove tracks A, B, and C move L1 to the right relative to the fifth track position and enter the sixth state. At this time, the column is in its corresponding sixth track position in the corresponding groove tracks A, B, and C. In the sixth state, the column in the groove track A moves horizontally L2 from the first position to the second position, the column in the groove track B moves horizontally L2 from the second position to the first position, and the column in the groove track C is still in the second position. Therefore, in this sixth state, the dampers 102 and 106 corresponding to the groove tracks A and C are opened, and the damper 104 corresponding to the groove track B is closed, and the cold air is discharged from the air flow outlets corresponding to the dampers 102 and 106.

[0055] like Figure 5g As shown, the damper group is in the seventh state. The damper drive moves L1 to the right in a straight line from the sixth state, so that the groove tracks A, B, and C move L1 to the right relative to the sixth track position and enter the seventh state. At this time, the column is in its corresponding seventh track position in the corresponding groove tracks A, B, and C. In the seventh state, the column in the groove track A moves L2 horizontally from the second position to the first position level, the column in the groove track B is still at the first position level, and the column in the groove track C is still at the second position level. Therefore, in the seventh state, the dampers 102 and 104 corresponding to the groove tracks A and B are closed, and the damper 106 corresponding to the groove track C is opened, and the cold air is discharged from the air flow outlet corresponding to the damper 106.

[0056] like Figure 5hAs shown, the damper group is in the eighth state. The damper drive moves L1 to the right in a straight line from the seventh state, so that the groove tracks A, B, and C move L1 to the right relative to the seventh track position and enter the eighth state. At this time, the column is in its corresponding eighth track position in the corresponding groove tracks A, B, and C. In the eighth state, the column in the groove tracks A and B moves L2 from the first position horizontally to the second position horizontally, and the column in the groove track C is still in the second position horizontally. Therefore, in this eighth state, the dampers 102, 104, and 106 corresponding to the groove tracks A, B, and C are all opened, and the cold air is discharged from the air flow outlets corresponding to all the dampers 102, 104, and 106.

[0057] In an embodiment, the damper driver is at the position farthest from the motor when in the first state, however this is not necessary, and the damper driver can be at the position closest to the motor when in the first state by arranging the structure so that in the initial position, the column is at the other end of the corresponding groove track, or even the damper driver motor can be positioned arbitrarily relative to the damper driver as long as its output can be transmitted to the rack of the damper driver.
