Automotive liquid ammonia supply system

Abstract

The invention discloses an automotive liquid ammonia supply system which comprises a liquid ammonia storage tank, a liquid outlet and a gas outlet are formed in the liquid ammonia storage tank, the liquid outlet is connected with one end of a filling pipeline and one end of a liquid outlet pipeline, a stop valve and an electromagnetic valve are connected to the liquid outlet pipeline in series, the other end of the liquid outlet pipeline is connected with a first medium inlet of a water bath type vaporizer, and a second medium inlet of the water bath type vaporizer is connected with a second medium inlet of the water bath type vaporizer. A first medium outlet of the water bath type vaporizer is connected with an inlet of the buffer tank, an outlet of the buffer tank is used for providing ammonia gas, one end of the gas return pipeline is connected with the gas outlet, a pressure gauge, a stop valve and a safety valve are connected to the gas return pipeline in series, and a second medium inlet and a second medium outlet of the water bath type vaporizer are used for being connected with an engine cooling liquid outlet and an engine cooling liquid inlet respectively. And a saturation pressurization pipeline is further arranged, an electromagnetic valve and a heat exchange pipe located in the liquid ammonia storage tank are connected to the saturation pressurization pipeline in series, and two ports of the saturation pressurization pipeline are used for being connected with an engine cooling liquid inlet and an engine cooling liquid outlet respectively. The liquid ammonia gas supply system for the vehicle can stably supply gas to the vehicle.
