[0052] The concrete aluminum alloy formwork system refers to a complete structural system that includes the formwork for forming the newly poured concrete and the bracket that supports the formwork. The function of the formwork is to form the shape and geometric dimensions required for the concrete component, and the bracket is used to maintain the designed position of the formwork.

[0053] In the related art, aluminum alloy formwork or plastic formwork is usually used for the construction of cast-in-place concrete structural walls. In the internal corners between walls or between walls and buildings, aluminum alloy formwork or plastic formwork is usually fixed by means of a combination of C-groove connectors and steel pipe fasteners and other mounting parts. However, the internal corners are narrow and difficult to operate. In particular, there is a risk of slippage failure of the fasteners, which can easily cause the formwork joints at the internal corners to deform and the internal corners to be not square. Especially for plain concrete, problems such as slurry leakage and mold expansion are prone to occur, and workers are required to trim the internal corners, which is laborious and time-consuming, and affects the surface quality. Therefore, there is an urgent need for an aluminum alloy formwork system to improve the construction efficiency of multiple internal corners.

[0054] In order to solve the problem in the related art that the assembly of the template at the inner corner is time-consuming and labor-intensive, resulting in low construction efficiency, an aluminum alloy template system is provided, referring to Figures 1 to 8 , comprising a wall-to-wall internal angle connection template 1, a wall-to-floor internal angle connection template 2 and a wall-to-wall-to-floor internal angle connection template 3, wherein the wall-to-wall internal angle connection template 1 comprises a first panel 11 extending in the longitudinal direction, a first wall connection plate 12 extending in the longitudinal direction and integrally connected to the first panel 11 and arranged perpendicular to the first panel 11, two first side plates 13 extending in the transverse direction and respectively connected to both ends of the first panel 11 and arranged perpendicular to the first panel 11, and a first L-shaped connection plate 14 extending in the longitudinal direction and integrally connected to the first panel 11 and arranged perpendicular to the first panel 11; the wall-to-floor internal angle connection template 2 comprises a second panel 21 extending in the longitudinal direction, a second L-shaped connection plate 23 extending in the longitudinal direction and integrally connected to the second panel 21 and arranged perpendicular to the second panel 21, a second floor connection plate 24 extending in the longitudinal direction and integrally connected to the second panel 21 and arranged perpendicular to the second panel 21, and a first side plate 13 extending in the transverse direction and respectively connected to both ends of the first panel 11 and arranged perpendicular to the first panel 11. Two second side panels 25 extending in the transverse direction and arranged perpendicular to the second panel 21; the wall-to-wall floor internal angle connection template 3 includes a third panel 32 extending in the longitudinal direction, a third side panel 31 extending in the transverse direction connected to one end of the third panel 32 and arranged perpendicular to the third panel 32, a fourth side panel 33 extending in the longitudinal direction integrally connected to the third panel 32 and arranged perpendicular to the third panel 32, a third L-shaped connecting plate 34 extending in the longitudinal direction integrally connected to the third panel 32 and arranged perpendicular to the first panel 11, and a fourth L-shaped connecting plate 36 extending in the transverse direction connected to the third panel 32 and arranged perpendicular to the third panel 32; wherein the wall-to-wall internal angle connection template 1 is configured to connect the corner between the wall template 7 and the wall template 7; the wall-to-floor internal angle connection template 2 is configured to connect the corner between the wall template 7 and the floor template 8; the wall-to-wall floor internal angle connection template 3 is configured to connect the wall template 7 and the wall template 7 and the floor template 8. The connecting angle between the wall-to-wall floor internal angle connection template 3 is configured to connect the wall template 7 and the wall template 7 and the floor template 8.

[0055] The longitudinal sections of the panels are all rectangular, so the longitudinal direction in this embodiment can be defined as the extending direction of the longer side of the first panel 11, and the transverse direction can be defined as the extending direction of the shorter side of the first panel 11. Through the integrated design of the L-shaped connecting plate, the original internal angle formwork can be combined with the aluminum alloy flat formwork to achieve the connection of the formwork at the internal angle between the concrete structure walls.

[0056] The aluminum alloy formwork system in this embodiment, in the most basic and most commonly used wall-to-wall internal corner connection formwork 1, wall-to-floor internal corner connection formwork 2 and wall-to-wall-floor internal corner connection formwork 3, uses an integrated L-shaped connection plate to replace the traditional C-groove and its mounting parts, which can save workers time and effort when assembling two adjacent connection formworks at the internal corner, thereby improving construction efficiency; in addition, it can also ensure the flatness of the concrete poured at the internal corner, without the need for workers to correct the concrete at the internal corner, thereby improving the pouring quality of the concrete at the internal corner and the construction efficiency.
