Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a vehicle attachment removal device. Background Art
[0002] As a vehicle attachment removal device for cleaning mud and the like attached to tires and the lower part of the vehicle body at a construction site before the vehicle is driven out from the construction site onto a general road, there is a device that increases the pressure of the cleaning liquid by a pump mechanism that works by utilizing the vehicle's own weight and sprays the cleaning liquid onto the vehicle when the vehicle is in a cleaning tank formed by digging the ground (for example, refer to Patent Documents 1 and 2).
[0003] The pump mechanism 11 that uses the weight of the vehicle in the vehicle attachment removal device of Patent Document 1 is a volumetric type, has a working chamber 17 for storing cleaning fluid, and is equipped with a pedal 16, a working chamber forming member 18, a force applying member 19, and a check valve 20. In the embodiment of the vehicle attachment removal device of Patent Document 1, about 10 pairs of pump mechanisms 11 are arranged in the front-to-back direction, and a total of 20 pump mechanisms 11 are provided (Patent Document 1 Figure 1-2 ).
[0004] The rear end of the pedal 16 is pivotally supported by the pivot shaft 13 in the left and right directions in a freely rotatable manner. The pedal 16 freely rotates between an initial posture tilted forward and a substantially horizontal spray completion posture, and has a spray hole 14 for cleaning the outer peripheral surface and a spray hole 15 for cleaning the side surface. The working chamber forming member 18 forms a working chamber 17 on the lower side of the pedal 16. The force applying unit 19 always applies force to the pedal 16 in the above-mentioned initial posture. The check valve 20 allows the cleaning liquid to flow from the cleaning tank 2 into the working chamber 17, and prevents the cleaning liquid from flowing out of the working chamber 17 into the cleaning tank 2.
[0005] The peripheral surface cleaning injection hole 14 penetrates the pedal 16 in a substantially orthogonal direction and is provided at the front, rear, left, and right sides of the pedal 16. The side cleaning injection hole 15 penetrates the pedal 16 in an inclined manner toward the inside in the left-right direction and is provided at the left-right end of the pedal 16. When the tire T of the vehicle runs on the pedal 16 of the pump mechanism 11, the cleaning liquid in the working chamber 17 is pressurized and pressure energy is given during the period from the initial position to the injection completion position. As a result, the cleaning liquid is sprayed from the peripheral surface cleaning injection hole 14 and the side cleaning injection hole 15 to the tire T (cleaning liquid injection structure of patent document 1), thereby cleaning the tire T.
[0006] The working chamber forming member 18 includes a pair of front and rear working chamber forming plates 35. A closing rod 40 consisting of a metal rod extending in the left-right direction is fixed over the entire length at the upper end of the front of the working chamber forming plate 35 on the front side. The rear surface of the arc-shaped front closing plate 41 fixed to the front end of the pedal 16 that rotates around the pivot shaft 13 slides on the front end of the closing rod 40 (cleaning liquid leakage prevention structure of patent document 1), thereby preventing the cleaning liquid from leaking from between the front closing plate 41 and the closing rod 40.
[0007] The pump mechanism 17 that uses the weight of the vehicle in the vehicle attachment removal device of Patent Document 2 is a volumetric type, has a working chamber 25 for storing cleaning fluid, and is equipped with a pedal 23, a protrusion 49, a coil spring 27, an injection hole 13d, an injection pipe portion 29, and a check valve 31. In the embodiment of the vehicle attachment removal device of Patent Document 2, 11 pairs of pump mechanisms 17 are arranged in the front-to-back direction, and a total of 22 pump mechanisms 17 are provided (Patent Document 2 Figure 1-2 ).
[0008] The front end of the pedal 23 is pivotally supported by the pivot shaft 21 in the left-right direction in a freely rotatable manner, and the pedal 23 is freely rotatable between an initial posture that is a substantially horizontal initial state and a pressurized posture that is inclined in the front direction. The protrusion 49 is a metal rod that is fixed to the upper surface of the front part of the pedal 23 and extends in the left-right direction. The coil spring 27 is a biasing member that biases the pedal 23 upward. The spray hole 13d and the spray pipe part 29 spray the cleaning liquid to the vehicle. The check valve 31 allows the cleaning liquid to flow from the cleaning tank 2 to the working room 25, and prevents the cleaning liquid from flowing out from the working room 25 to the cleaning tank 2.
[0009] The injection holes 13d are arranged in a row in the left-right direction at the rear of the upper flange portion 13b of the second frame member 13 which is separate from the pedal 23 and located in front and behind the pedal 23. The injection pipe portion 29 is a tubular member provided on the top plate portion 45 of the left and right side walls 43 which are separate from the pedal 23. The inlet end is located in the working chamber 25. After extending upward from the inlet end, the end on the outlet side is bent upwardly inclining toward the inside in the left-right direction above the top plate portion 45. The tire T of the vehicle runs on the protrusion 49 provided on the front part of the pedal 23 of the pump mechanism 17. During the period when the volume of the working chamber 25 decreases from the initial position to the pressurized position of the pedal 16, the cleaning liquid in the working chamber 25 is pressurized and pressure energy is applied. As a result, the cleaning liquid is sprayed toward the tire T from the injection hole 13d and the injection pipe portion 29 (cleaning liquid spraying structure of Patent Document 2), and the tire T is washed.
[0010] A rectangular plate-shaped flexible member 53 is fixed to the lower surface of the pedal 23. The rear end of the flexible member 53 protruding from the rear end of the pedal 23 is slid on the rear wall 41 which is the wall of the working chamber 25 and constitutes the rear side of the pump mechanism 17 (the cleaning liquid leakage prevention structure of patent document 2), so that the cleaning liquid does not leak from between the flexible member 5 and the rear wall 41.

[0015] Technical problem to be solved by the invention
[0016] The pump mechanism in the existing vehicle attachment removal device such as Patent Documents 1 and 2 is operated by the deadweight of the vehicle, so there is no need to have a driving device such as an electric motor for driving the pump mechanism, and electricity, compressed air, etc. as a power source for the driving device. Therefore, the vehicle attachment removal device has the advantages of energy saving and reducing manufacturing cost and running cost.
[0017] In addition, the above-mentioned conventional vehicle attachment removal device has the following characteristics: since it is equipped with multiple pump mechanisms (for example, 20 in the above-mentioned embodiment of patent document 1 and 22 in the above-mentioned embodiment of patent document 2), failures are extremely rare, and coupled with the dispersion effect of the cleaning function during failures, even if some pump devices lose their functions, the cleaning function will not be lost.
[0018] However, in the above-mentioned conventional vehicle attachment removal device, in order to prevent the cleaning fluid from leaking out of the above-mentioned working chamber when the volume of the above-mentioned working chamber of the above-mentioned pump mechanism as a positive displacement type is reduced, the cleaning fluid leakage prevention structure of the above-mentioned patent document 1 or the cleaning fluid leakage prevention structure of the above-mentioned patent document 2 is adopted. There are sliding parts in these cleaning fluid leakage prevention structures, and the above-mentioned parts are worn due to long-term use. If the above-mentioned parts are continuously used in a state of aggravated wear, when the cleaning fluid in the above-mentioned working chamber is pressurized due to the dead weight of the vehicle, the cleaning fluid leaks from the part of the above-mentioned worn parts.
[0019] When the cleaning liquid leaks from the worn parts, the pressure of the cleaning liquid sprayed by the cleaning liquid spraying structure of the above-mentioned patent document 1 or the cleaning liquid spraying structure of the above-mentioned patent document 2 is reduced, and the cleaning ability is greatly reduced. Therefore, although the above-mentioned conventional vehicle attachment removal device has the above-mentioned characteristics, there is room for improvement from the perspective of suppressing the reduction of the cleaning ability for a long time.
[0020] In the cleaning liquid injection structure of the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, since the distance between the outer peripheral surface cleaning injection hole 14 penetrating the pedal 16 and the outer peripheral surface of the tire T running on the pedal 16 is relatively close, the cleaning treatment range of the outer peripheral surface of the tire T that can be cleaned by the cleaning liquid injected from the outer peripheral surface cleaning injection hole 14 is narrowed. Therefore, there is room for improvement from the viewpoint of improving the cleaning ability.
[0021] In the cleaning liquid injection structure of the above-mentioned Patent Document 2, since the injection hole 13d is provided in the second frame member 13 separated from the pedal 23, the injection direction of the cleaning liquid injected from the injection hole 13d does not change relative to the tire T that moves forward by running on the protruding portion 49, so the cleaning treatment range is limited. Therefore, from the viewpoint of improving the cleaning ability, there is room for improvement.
[0022] An object of the present invention is to suppress a decrease in washing ability over a long period of time and to improve washing ability in a vehicle deposit removal device that uses a pump mechanism operated by the weight of a vehicle to increase the pressure of washing liquid and spray the washing liquid onto the vehicle.
[0023] Technical solutions to solve problems
[0024] The first aspect of the present invention is a vehicle attachment removal device that is provided with a volumetric pump mechanism that utilizes the dead weight of the vehicle to work. The pump mechanism has a working chamber for storing cleaning fluid, and the movable upper wall portion of the working chamber has a base end and a free end. The base end is supported by a support shaft in the left-right direction, and the free end swings in the up-down direction as the vehicle passes. A sealing body is provided between the fixed wall portion and the movable upper wall portion that form the working chamber. The sealing body is supported by a supporting portion provided on the movable upper wall portion and can move forward and backward toward the fixed wall portion, utilizes the pressure of the cleaning fluid in the working chamber when the movable upper wall portion swings downward and the volume of the working chamber decreases, and slides on the wall surface of the fixed wall portion in a manner of pushing (moving in and out) toward the fixed wall portion, and utilizes the negative pressure of the cleaning fluid in the working chamber when the movable upper wall portion swings upward and the volume of the working chamber increases, and retreats in a manner of leaving the wall surface.
[0025] According to the first aspect of the vehicle attachment removal device of the present invention, the sealing body arranged on the movable upper wall portion forming the working room for accommodating the cleaning fluid can move forward and backward toward the fixed wall portion forming the above-mentioned working room. When the vehicle passes, when the above-mentioned movable upper wall portion swings downward and the cleaning fluid in the above-mentioned working room is pressurized, the above-mentioned sealing body slides on the wall surface of the above-mentioned fixed wall portion by being pushed toward the above-mentioned fixed wall portion by the pressure of the above-mentioned cleaning fluid. That is, even if the front end portion of the above-mentioned sealing body is worn due to long-term use, when the cleaning fluid in the above-mentioned working room is pressurized, the above-mentioned sealing body must use the pressure of the above-mentioned cleaning fluid to push toward the above-mentioned fixed wall portion and maintain a state of contact with the wall surface of the above-mentioned fixed wall portion. In this state, the front end portion of the above-mentioned sealing body slides on the above-mentioned fixed wall portion. Therefore, even if it is used for a long time, the sealing function of the above-mentioned sealing body is not reduced, and the cleaning fluid can be suppressed from leaking from between the front end portion of the above-mentioned sealing body and the wall surface of the above-mentioned fixed wall portion, so that the reduction of the cleaning ability can be suppressed for a long period of time.
[0026] In addition, according to the first aspect of the present invention, in the vehicle attachment removal device, when the movable upper wall portion swings upward and the volume of the working chamber increases, the sealing body retreats in a manner of moving away from the wall surface of the fixed wall portion by utilizing the negative pressure of the cleaning fluid in the working chamber. Therefore, when the movable upper wall portion swings upward, the sealing body does not wear. Moreover, when the movable upper wall portion swings upward and the volume of the working chamber increases, the cleaning fluid also flows into the working chamber from the gap generated between the wall surface of the fixed wall portion and the sealing body. Therefore, the time for filling the working chamber with cleaning water can be shortened.
[0027] The vehicle attachment removal device according to the second aspect of the present invention is the vehicle attachment removal device according to the first aspect, wherein the sealing body is a rectangular plate-shaped sealing plate, and the supporting portion is composed of: a horizontal supporting plate parallel to the lower surface of the movable upper wall portion and supporting the sealing plate between the movable upper wall portion; and a vertical supporting plate located on the opposite side of the fixed wall portion relative to the sealing plate. The vertical supporting plate has a through hole facing the end surface of the sealing plate.
[0028] According to the second aspect of the vehicle attachment removal device of the present invention, the support portion that supports the rectangular plate-shaped sealing plate in a manner that allows it to advance and retreat toward the fixed wall portion is composed of the horizontal support plate and the vertical support plate, and the pressure of the cleaning liquid in the working chamber acts on the sealing plate from the through hole provided in the vertical support plate and connected to the working chamber that contains the cleaning liquid. Therefore, the structure for advancing and retreating the sealing plate by using the cleaning liquid in the working chamber becomes simple.
[0029] The third aspect of the present invention is a vehicle attachment removal device according to the first aspect or the vehicle attachment removal device according to the second aspect, wherein the movable upper wall portion swings around the support shaft between a substantially horizontal initial posture and a spraying completion posture in which the free end portion swings to the lowest position, and comprises a tire carrier and a cleaning liquid spray body located above the movable upper wall portion and swinging integrally with the movable upper wall portion. The tire carrier swings the movable upper wall portion downward when the tire of the vehicle drives on the tire carrier. The cleaning liquid spray body has a through hole connected to the working chamber, and has a spray hole located at a position more than 30 mm away from the outer peripheral surface of the tire that drives on the tire carrier in the radial direction of the tire.
[0030] According to the third aspect of the vehicle attachment removal device of the present invention, a spray hole is provided on the cleaning liquid spray body that swings integrally with the swinging movable upper wall portion through the support shaft supporting the base end portion, and the spray hole is located at a position more than 30 mm away from the outer peripheral surface of the tire mounted on the tire carrier in the radial direction of the tire. Therefore, the cleaning treatment range of the outer peripheral surface of the tire that can be cleaned by the cleaning liquid sprayed from the spray hole becomes larger, so the cleaning ability can be improved.
[0031] The fourth aspect of the vehicle attachment removal device of the present invention is a vehicle attachment removal device of the third aspect, wherein the above-mentioned cleaning liquid spray body has an upper spray hole in a roughly vertical direction which is located in a plane including the front-rear direction and the up-down direction in the above-mentioned initial posture, a front inclined spray hole inclined forward from the vertical direction (swung at an angle), and a rear inclined spray hole inclined backward from the vertical direction (swung at an angle).
[0032] According to the vehicle attachment removal device involved in the fourth aspect of the present invention, when the movable upper wall portion is in an approximately horizontal initial posture, the cleaning liquid spray body has the upper spray hole, the front inclined spray hole and the rear inclined spray hole. Therefore, the cleaning treatment range of the outer peripheral surface of the tire that can be cleaned by the cleaning liquid sprayed from the above-mentioned spray holes is further increased, so the cleaning ability can be further improved.
[0033] The fifth aspect of the present invention is a vehicle attachment removal device according to the third aspect, wherein the tire carrier has a substantially arc-shaped upper surface that protrudes upward when viewed from the left and right directions in the initial posture, and a protrusion that protrudes in a substantially horizontal direction is provided on the surface of the upper surface on the free end side of the movable upper wall portion. The vehicle passes from both the front and rear directions relative to the pump mechanism, and when the vehicle passes from the side having the protrusion toward the tire carrier, the tire of the vehicle runs onto the upper surface of the protrusion before running onto the tire carrier, causing the movable upper wall portion to swing downward.
[0034] According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, in the initial position of the movable upper wall portion being approximately horizontal, a protrusion protruding in an approximately horizontal direction is provided on the surface of the free end side of the movable upper wall portion of the upper surface of the tire carrier that is approximately arc-shaped and protrudes upward. When a vehicle passes from the side where the protrusion is provided in a direction approaching the tire carrier, the tire of the vehicle runs on the protrusion before running on the tire carrier, causing the movable upper wall portion to swing downward. By providing the protrusion, the elevation angle of the position where the tire abuts as viewed from the support shaft becomes significantly smaller than in the case where the protrusion is not provided, so that a very large lateral load as in the case where the protrusion is not provided does not act on the support shaft.
[0035] Thus, the vehicle can pass through the vehicle attachment removal device while moving in two directions (reciprocating directions), namely, a direction approaching the tire carrier from the side without the protrusion relative to the tire carrier (direction from the base end of the movable upper wall portion toward the free end in the above-mentioned initial posture) and a direction approaching the tire carrier from the side with the protrusion relative to the tire carrier (direction from the free end of the movable upper wall portion toward the base end in the above-mentioned initial posture). Therefore, the vehicle attachment removal device can be installed and used in a place with narrow entrances and exits such as a passage from a road to a construction site.
[0036] Effects of the Invention
[0037] According to the vehicle attachment removal device involved in the present invention, even if the front end of the sealing body is worn due to long-term use, the sealing body arranged on the movable upper wall portion, which can move forward and backward toward the fixed wall portion, can be pushed toward the fixed wall portion (in and out) by the cleaning fluid in the working chamber that is pressurized due to the movable upper wall portion swinging downward when the vehicle passes. Thus, the front end of the sealing body is kept in a state of contact with the wall surface of the fixed wall portion, and in this state, the front end of the sealing body slides on the fixed wall portion. Therefore, even if it is used for a long time, the sealing function of the sealing body is not reduced, and it is possible to suppress the cleaning fluid from leaking out from between the front end of the sealing body and the wall surface of the fixed wall portion, so that the reduction of the cleaning ability can be suppressed for a long period of time.
[0038] In addition, a movable upper wall portion is swung around a support shaft supporting a base end portion of the movable upper wall portion between an approximately horizontal initial posture and a spraying completion posture in which the free end portion of the movable upper wall portion swings downward, and a tire carrier and a cleaning liquid spray body are provided, which are located above the movable upper wall portion and swing integrally with the movable upper wall portion. The tire carrier causes the movable upper wall portion to swing downward when the tire of a vehicle drives on the tire carrier, and the cleaning liquid spray body has a through hole connected to the working chamber, and in a vehicle attachment removal device having a structure having a spray hole at a position more than 30 mm away from the outer peripheral surface of the tire that drives on the tire carrier in the radial direction of the tire, the cleaning treatment range of the outer peripheral surface of the tire that can be cleaned by the cleaning liquid sprayed from the above-mentioned spray hole becomes larger, thereby being able to improve the cleaning ability. [0052] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. A vehicle deposit removal device according to an embodiment of the present invention is a tire washing device 1 that washes and removes mud and the like from a tire of a vehicle.
[0053] In the tire washing device 1, Figure 1 and Figure 2 The direction of the arrow F in the figure is set as "front", and the opposite direction is set as "rear" (refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2 The arrow B in the figure defines "left" as being toward the front (see Figure 1 Arrow L in the middle) and "right" (refer to Figure 1 The figure in which the tire washing device 1 is viewed from the front is referred to as the front view.
[0054] <Tire washing device>
[0055] The vehicle passes by at a speed of about 4km / h-5km / h. Figure 1 Floor plan and Figure 2 The tire washing device 1 shown in the right side view of the longitudinal section of the vehicle is used to wash the tires of the vehicle. The vehicle enters the tire washing device 1 in a manner of advancing toward the front of the tire washing device 1 (in the direction of arrow F) or in a manner of advancing toward the rear of the tire washing device 1 (in the direction of arrow B). That is, the tire washing device 1 of this embodiment allows vehicles to pass through the same tire washing device 1 in a reciprocating direction, so the tire washing device 1 can be appropriately installed on a passage from a road to a construction site for use, for example.
[0056] like Figure 1 and Figure 2As shown, the tire washing device 1 includes left and right washing tanks 2 formed by left and right main frames 3 installed by digging the ground GL of the installation site, and includes a plurality of positive displacement pump mechanisms P that work by the dead weight of the vehicle. In this embodiment, 12 left pump assemblies 4L as the pump mechanism P are arranged side by side in the front-to-back direction on the left main frame 3, and 12 right pump assemblies 4R as the pump mechanism P are arranged on the right main frame 3.
[0057] like Figure 3 Partial cross-sectional stereogram and Figure 4 As shown in the stereoscopic view of , each pump mechanism P is assembled. Therefore, each pump mechanism P can be easily mounted on the main frame 3 by inserting the bolt 20 into the mounting hole 4a located at the left and right ends thereof and screwing the bolt 20 into the threaded hole 3a located at the left and right ends of the main frame 3. When the pump mechanism P is mounted on the main frame 3, the positioning of the pump mechanism P in the front-to-back direction and the left-to-right direction relative to the main frame 3 is completed.
[0058] Since each pump mechanism P is assembled, it is easy to replace the pump mechanism P. That is, when replacing one pump mechanism P, the pump mechanism P is removed by loosening the bolt 20, and a new pump mechanism P can be installed at the same location using the bolt 20.
[0059] <Cleaning fluid in the cleaning tank>
[0060] For example Figures 6 to 8 ,as well as Fig.10 and Fig.11 The liquid level WL of the cleaning liquid W in the cleaning tank 2 shown in the right side view of the enlarged longitudinal section of the main part of the main part is set in a manner that it is lower than the lower end of the tire T of the vehicle when the vehicle passes through the cleaning tank 2, and the liquid level WL is preferably always constant. However, the cleaning liquid W in the cleaning tank 2 is scattered outside the cleaning tank 2 when the tire T is cleaned, or adheres to the tire T and is taken out of the cleaning tank 2, so it gradually decreases as the number of cleanings increases. Therefore, in order to always properly set the liquid level WL of the cleaning liquid W, it is preferred to provide a float valve, for example, to supply a required amount of cleaning liquid W into the cleaning tank 2. In addition, in order to prevent the cleaning liquid W in the cleaning tank 2 from overflowing and polluting the surrounding environment during rainfall, it is also preferred to provide a purification tank for purifying the remaining cleaning liquid W.
[0061] As the cleaning liquid W filled in the cleaning tank 2, tap water can be appropriately utilized, but water from rivers, lakes, reservoirs, etc. can also be used. In addition, it is also preferred to add detergent to these waters, or use a disinfectant for disinfecting avian influenza viruses, etc. instead of these waters.
[0062] <Pump Mechanism>
[0063] (studio)
[0064] like Figure 5 Exploded stereogram of Figures 6 to 8 The main part of the enlarged longitudinal section right side view, and Fig. 9 As shown in the partial cross-sectional plan view and the main part enlarged cross-sectional view of the pump mechanism P, the pump mechanism P has a working chamber A for storing the cleaning liquid W. The working chamber A is formed by the movable upper wall portion 5, the front wall 6, the rear wall 7, the side walls 8 and 9, and the check valve 14. The movable upper wall portion 5 can swing in the vertical direction around the support axis J in the left and right directions. The front wall 6, the rear wall 7, the side walls 8 and 9 are fixed wall portions C. The front wall 6 is an arc shape when viewed from the left and right directions, and the rear surface of the front wall 6, that is, the wall surface D, is along the front end of the movable upper wall portion 5 that swings around the support axis J in the left and right directions.
[0065] The movable upper wall portion 5 has a base end portion 5A and a free end portion 5B. The base end portion 5A is supported by a support shaft J in the left-right direction, and the free end portion 5B swings in the up-down direction as the vehicle passes. The support shaft J in the left-right direction is inserted into the base end portion 5A and the free end portion 5B. Figure 5 Exploded stereogram and Fig.12 The through hole 8A of the side wall 8 and the through hole 9A of the side wall 9 shown in the schematic longitudinal sectional front view are fixed to the side walls 8 and 9 .
[0066] (Return spring)
[0067] like Figures 6 to 8 The main part of the enlarged longitudinal section right side view, and Fig. 9 As shown in the partial cross-sectional plan view of FIG. 1 , the pump mechanism P has a torsion coil spring X as a return spring at both ends of the support shaft J in the left-right direction. The torsion coil spring X urges the movable upper wall portion 5 upward. Figure 6 In the initial posture P1 shown in FIG. 1 , the movable upper wall portion 5 becomes substantially horizontal due to the force of the torsion coil spring X. Figure 7 As shown, when the movable upper wall portion 5 is swung downward with respect to the tire T of the vehicle, the movable upper wall portion 5 is swung while resisting the biasing force of the torsion coil spring X and elastically deforming the torsion coil spring X.
[0068] (Seal Body)
[0069] like Figure 4 Stereoscopic image, Figure 5 Exploded perspective view of Fig. 9 As shown in the partial cross-sectional plan view and the main part enlarged cross-sectional view, the pump mechanism P has a sealing body S between the fixed wall portion C and the movable upper wall portion 5 forming the working chamber A. The sealing body S is supported by the support portion E provided on the movable upper wall portion 5 and can move forward and backward toward the fixed wall portion C. The sealing body S is made of a rubber material, for example, an embodiment made of chloroprene rubber (CR) which is excellent in weather resistance, ozone resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, etc. and is suitable for outdoor use.
[0070] like Fig. 9 As shown in the partial cross-sectional plan view and the main part enlarged cross-sectional view, the sealing body S is a rectangular plate-shaped front sealing plate 10A and side sealing plates 10B and 10C. The supporting portion E supporting the sealing plates 10A, 10B, and 10C is composed of a transverse supporting plate H and a longitudinal supporting plate G. The transverse supporting plate H is parallel to the lower surface of the movable upper wall portion 5, and the sealing plates 10A, 10B, and 10C are supported between the transverse supporting plate H and the movable upper wall portion 5. The longitudinal supporting plate G is located on the opposite side of the fixed wall portion C relative to the sealing plates 10A, 10B, and 10C, and the longitudinal supporting plate G has a through hole K facing the end surface of the sealing plates 10A, 10B, and 10C. The pressure of the cleaning fluid W in the working room A acts on the sealing plates 10A, 10B, and 10C from the through hole K provided in the longitudinal supporting plate G.
[0071] like Fig. 9 As shown in the enlarged cross-sectional view of the main parts, the front sealing plate 10A moves forward and backward toward the front wall 6 as the fixed wall portion C, the side sealing plate 10B moves forward and backward toward the side wall 8 as the fixed wall portion C, and the side sealing plate 10C moves forward and backward toward the side wall 9 as the fixed wall portion C.
[0072] Sealing body S Figure 6 The initial posture P1 shown in the right side view of the enlarged longitudinal section of the main part Figure 7 and Figure 8 The main part of the enlarged longitudinal section right side view, to Fig.10 The main part of the enlarged longitudinal section right side view shows the injection completion posture P2, that is, when the movable upper wall portion 5 swings downward and the volume of the working room A is reduced, the pressurized (positive pressure) force of the cleaning fluid W in the working room A is used to push (in and out) the fixed wall portion C and slide on the wall surface D of the fixed wall portion C.
[0073] Sealing body S Fig.10 The ejection completion posture P2 shown in the right side view of the enlarged longitudinal section of the main part is Fig.11 The main part of the enlarged longitudinal section right side view, to Figure 6 The initial posture P1 shown in the right side view of the enlarged longitudinal section of the main part is that when the movable upper wall portion 5 swings upward and the volume of the working chamber A increases, the negative pressure of the cleaning fluid W in the working chamber A is utilized to retreat in a manner away from the wall surface D of the fixed wall portion C.
[0074] Even if the front end of the sealing body S is worn due to long-term use, when the cleaning liquid W in the working chamber A is pressurized, the sealing body S is necessarily pushed toward the fixed wall portion C by the pressure of the cleaning liquid W in the working chamber A, and maintains a state of contact with the wall surface D of the fixed wall portion C. In this state, the front end of the sealing body S slides on the fixed wall portion C. Therefore, even if it is used for a long time, the sealing function of the sealing body S is not reduced, and the cleaning liquid W can be suppressed from leaking from between the front end of the sealing body S and the wall surface D of the fixed wall portion C, so the reduction of the cleaning ability can be suppressed for a long time.
[0075] When the movable upper wall portion 5 swings upward and the volume of the working chamber A increases, the sealing body S retreats away from the wall surface D of the fixed wall portion C by utilizing the negative pressure of the cleaning liquid W in the working chamber A. Therefore, when the movable upper wall portion 5 swings upward, the sealing body S does not wear. Moreover, when the movable upper wall portion 5 swings upward and the volume of the working chamber A increases, the cleaning liquid W also flows into the working chamber A from the gap generated between the wall surface D of the fixed wall portion C and the sealing body S. Therefore, the time for filling the working chamber A with the cleaning water W can be shortened.
[0076] Moreover, the support portion E is composed of a transverse support plate H and a longitudinal support plate G, and a through hole K connected to the working chamber A for storing the cleaning fluid W is provided in the longitudinal support plate G, so that the pressure of the cleaning fluid W in the working chamber A acts on the rectangular plate-shaped sealing plates 10A, 10B, 10C, thereby simplifying the structure of pushing the sealing plates 10A, 10B, 10C toward the fixed wall portion C.
[0077] (Tire carrier)
[0078] like Figure 4 Stereoscopic images and Figure 7 , Figure 8 and Fig.10 As shown in the right side view of the main part of the enlarged longitudinal section, the pump mechanism P has a tire carrier 11 located above the movable upper wall portion 5 and swinging integrally with the movable upper wall portion 5. The tire carrier 11 has Figure 6 The initial posture P1 shown has a substantially arc-shaped upper surface 11A that protrudes upward when viewed from the left-right direction and has a convex portion U that has a function of preventing the tire T of the vehicle from slipping.
[0079] Figure 7 , Figure 8 and Fig.10 The vehicle is shown moving forward (in the direction of arrow F) relative to the tire washing device 1. That is, the tire T of the vehicle moves forward while rotating in the direction of arrow F. Figure 7 , Figure 8 and Fig.10As shown, the tire T moves forward (in the direction of arrow F), and when the tire T of the vehicle runs onto the tire carrier 11, the movable upper wall portion 5 swings downward.
[0080] (Cleaning fluid spray body)
[0081] like Figure 4 Stereoscopic images and Figure 7 and Figure 8 As shown in the right side view of the main part of the enlarged longitudinal section, the pump mechanism P has a cleaning liquid spray body 12 located above the movable upper wall portion 5 and swinging integrally with the movable upper wall portion 5. The cleaning liquid spray body 12 is located below the tire carrier 11 and has a through hole 5C (also refer to Figure 5 The through hole 12D communicates with the working chamber A and has an injection hole I. The injection hole I is separated from the outer peripheral surface O of the tire T mounted on the tire carrier 11 in the radial direction of the tire T by more than 30 mm.
[0082] like Figure 7 and Figure 8 As shown in FIG. 1 , when the tire T is driven onto the tire carrier 11 and the movable upper wall portion 5 is swung downward, the volume of the working chamber A is reduced, and the cleaning liquid W in the working chamber A is pressurized. As a result, the cleaning liquid W is sprayed from the spray hole I toward the outer peripheral surface O of the tire T, thereby cleaning the outer peripheral surface O of the tire T. Mud and the like removed from the tire T flows down to the lower part of the cleaning tank 2 as shown by the arrow Z1.
[0083] As the tire T of the vehicle moves forward in the direction of arrow F while rotating, the movable upper wall portion 5, the tire carrier 11 and the cleaning liquid spray body 12 move from Figure 6 The initial posture P1 passes through Figure 7 , Figure 8 posture, swing to Fig.10 In addition, the injection hole I is located at a position more than 30 mm away from the outer peripheral surface O of the tire T mounted on the tire carrier 11 in the radial direction of the tire T. Therefore, the cleaning treatment range of the outer peripheral surface O of the tire T that can be cleaned by the cleaning liquid W sprayed from the injection hole I becomes larger, so the cleaning ability can be improved.
[0084] In order to further increase the cleaning treatment range of the outer peripheral surface O of the tire T, the distance between the injection holes I and the outer peripheral surface O of the tire T in the radial direction of the tire T is more preferably 40 mm or more, and further preferably 50 mm or more.
[0085] The spray hole I of the cleaning liquid spray body 12 is Figure 6The initial posture P1 shown has an upper spray hole 12A in a substantially vertical direction, located in a plane including the front-rear direction and the up-down direction, a front-inclined spray hole 12B inclined (swung at an angle) forward from the vertical direction, and a rear-inclined spray hole 12C inclined (swung at an angle) backward from the vertical direction. Therefore, the cleaning treatment range of the outer peripheral surface O of the tire T that can be cleaned by the cleaning liquid W sprayed from the spray holes 12A, 12B, and 12C is further increased, so the cleaning ability can be further improved.
[0086] (Side washer fluid sprayer)
[0087] like Figure 4 Stereoscopic image, Figure 5 Exploded stereogram and Fig.12 As shown in the schematic longitudinal sectional front view of , the pump mechanism P has side cleaning liquid spray bodies 16 and 17 at the upper parts of the right and left ends thereof. The side cleaning liquid spray body 16 has a spray hole 16A, and the side cleaning liquid spray body 17 has a spray hole 17A.
[0088] The space enclosed by the cover 18 in the inner space of the side washer liquid spray body 16 is connected to the working chamber A via the through hole 8C of the side wall 8. In addition, the space enclosed by the cover 19 in the inner space of the side washer liquid spray body 17 is connected to the working chamber A via the through hole 9C of the side wall 9. Therefore, when the washer liquid W in the working chamber A is pressurized, Fig.12 As shown by the thick arrows in the shadow, the cleaning liquid W enters the side cleaning liquid spray bodies 16 and 17, and the cleaning liquid W is sprayed from the spray holes 16A and 17A toward the side of the tire T, so that the side of the tire T is cleaned. Figure 7 and Figure 8 As shown by the arrow Z1, it flows down to the lower part of the cleaning tank 2.
[0089] (Check Valve)
[0090] like Figure 5 Exploded stereogram of Figures 6 to 8 as well as Fig.10 and Fig.11 As shown in the right side view of the main part of the enlarged longitudinal section, the pump mechanism P has a check valve 14 located at the lower part of the working chamber A. Figure 5 As shown, the shaft portion 14A of the check valve 14 is fixed to the side walls 8 and 9 with its two ends inserted into the through hole 8B of the side wall 8 and the through hole 9B of the side wall 9. The check valve 14 has a valve body 14B and a stopper 14D that can swing around the shaft portion 14A, for example. Figure 6 The lowest position shown is Fig.11 The uppermost position shown.
[0091] The check valve 14 is formed on the movable upper wall portion 5 from Figure 6The initial posture P1 of the movable upper wall portion 5 is Fig.10 When the movable upper wall 5 swings downward in the spraying completion posture P2 and the volume of the working chamber A decreases, it is pressed by the pressurized (positive pressure) force of the cleaning liquid W in the working chamber A and is located at the lowermost position. Thus, the cleaning liquid W is prevented from flowing out of the working chamber A into the cleaning tank 2.
[0092] In addition, the cleaning liquid W is pressurized (positively pressured) by the cleaning liquid W in the working chamber A when the volume of the working chamber A is reduced. Figure 5 , Figure 7 and Figure 8 The hole 14C of the check valve 14 shown in FIG. 1 is ejected obliquely downward and rearward. As a result, the mud and the like accumulated in the cleaning tank 2 are transported as sludge water through the lower side of the sludge water isolation plate 15 to the rear as shown by the arrow Z2, and are concentrated in Figure 2 The mud etc. collected in the mud discharge part M are Figure 2 FIG. 5 shows that a part of the discharged mud is discharged by the conveyor N. In addition, the conveyor N for discharging mud may not be provided.
[0093] The check valve 14 is formed on the movable upper wall portion 5 from Fig.10 The ejection completion posture P2 of the movable upper wall portion 5 is as follows Fig.11 When the volume of the working chamber A increases by swinging upward as shown in FIG. 1 , the negative pressure of the cleaning fluid W in the working chamber A and the weight balance of the check valve 14 are utilized. Fig.11 As shown in FIG. 1 , the valve body 14B swings to the uppermost position. As a result, the cleaning liquid W above the sludge water partition plate 15 flows from the cleaning tank 2 into the working chamber A through the introduction hole Q as shown by the arrow Z3.
[0094] (Protrusion)
[0095] exist Figure 6 and Fig.13 In the initial posture P1 shown in the right side view of the enlarged longitudinal section of the main part of the pump mechanism P, the pump mechanism P has a protrusion 13, which is provided on the front side of the upper surface 11A of the tire carrier 11 that is convex upward, that is, the surface on the free end 5B side of the movable upper wall 5, and protrudes in a substantially horizontal direction. The upper surface of the protrusion 13 is substantially horizontal in the initial posture P1, and has a convex portion V that has the function of preventing the tire T of the vehicle from slipping.
[0096] The protrusion 13 functions when the vehicle moves forward relative to the tire washing device 1 toward the rear of the tire washing device 1 (in the direction of arrow B). Fig.13 As shown, when the vehicle moves backward (in the direction of arrow B), the tire T of the vehicle runs on the upper surface of the protrusion 13 before running on the tire carrier 11, causing the movable upper wall portion 5 to swing downward about the support axis J in the left-right direction.
[0097] When the vehicle approaches the tire carrier 11 from the free end 5B side of the movable upper wall portion 5, and Fig.13 If the tire T contacts the top of the tire carrier 11 and the movable upper wall 5 swings downward, a very large lateral load acts in the direction of pressing the left-right support shaft J.
[0098] The greater the elevation angle of the position where the tire T abuts as viewed from the support shaft J, the greater the above-mentioned lateral load acting on the support shaft J. By providing the above-mentioned protrusion 13 on the surface on the free end 5B side of the movable upper wall portion 5, the elevation angle of the position where the tire T abuts as viewed from the support shaft J can be greatly reduced, so the above-mentioned lateral load acting on the support shaft J is greatly reduced. As a result, the vehicle can pass through the tire washing device 1 while moving in two directions (reciprocating directions), namely, a direction approaching the tire carrier 11 from the side without the protrusion 13 relative to the tire carrier 11 (the direction of the arrow F) and a direction approaching the tire carrier 11 from the side with the protrusion 13 relative to the tire carrier 11 (the direction of the arrow B). Therefore, the tire washing device 1 can also be used as a passage, so as described above, the tire washing device 1 can be installed and applied to places with narrow entrances and exits such as passages from roads to construction sites.
[0099] The above embodiments are merely illustrative in nature and are not intended to be limiting. Various improvements and modifications may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
