This invention provides an elastic waterproof
putty powder coating structure, belonging to the field of waterproof
coating technology. It includes a substrate treatment layer, on the outer surface of which are sequentially arranged an alkali-resistant layer, an elastic waterproof main layer, a crack-resistant reinforcing layer, an elastic decorative
surface layer, and a surface protective cover layer. This invention, through the design of the elastic waterproof main layer, uses it as its core, achieving long-lasting
waterproofing through multi-layer sealing and high elasticity. Simultaneously, it can cope with
substrate deformation, reducing leakage at its source. On one hand, the nano-
silane in the elastic waterproof bottom layer imparts hydrophobic properties, allowing for the drainage of small amounts of infiltrated water. On the other hand, the elastic waterproof main layer can deform synchronously with the micro-cracks caused by
thermal expansion and contraction and slight settlement of the substrate, always maintaining the integrity of the waterproof membrane and avoiding leakage problems caused by
substrate deformation and
cracking in conventional waterproof coatings.
